That’s where Coffee with Maestros comes in.

Army-IBA Business & Leadership Club is bringing back Season 03 of Coffee with Maestros, a space for conversations that go beyond job titles, CVs and conventional career advice.

This season, we’re bringing accomplished professionals and aspiring young minds to the same table for conversations about career choices, failures, turning points, lessons, industry realities, and everything in between.

Because sometimes, one honest answer from the right person can make you look at your own journey a little differently.

Event Policies & Location

1. Registration & Entry: Entry to the event will be allowed only to registered participants with a valid ticket confirmation.


2. Entry Time: Participants are requested to complete the entry and registration process at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the event.


3. Gate Closure: The event gate will be closed at 12:20 PM. Participants arriving after the gate closure may not be permitted to enter the event.


4. Session Attendance: Participants are expected to remain inside the venue throughout the sessions. Leaving the venue during an ongoing session will not be permitted except in cases of emergency or other circumstances deemed necessary by the organizers.


5. Event Schedule: The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, session timings, speakers, or other arrangements if necessary.


6. Speaker Line-up: Any changes to the announced speaker line-up will be communicated through the official channels of Army-IBA Business & Leadership Club.


7. Snacks: Snacks will be provided by the organizers for registered participants during the event.


8. Goodies & Certificates: Participants are requested to collect their event goodies and certificates at the end of the event from the designated collection point.


9. Photography & Videography: By attending the event, participants acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during the event and may be used for promotional and archival purposes by Army-IBA Business & Leadership Club.


10. Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organizers will not be liable for any loss or damage.


11. Right of Admission: The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant for disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.


12. Updates: Any important updates regarding the event will be communicated through the official social media channels of Army-IBA Business & Leadership Club.
