By purchasing a ticket or entering The Red Rum, you acknowledge and agree to the following Event Policy.
1. AGE REQUIREMENT
The Red Rum is strictly a 21+ event.
All attendees must present a valid, government-recognized photo ID upon entry. The organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse entry where valid identification cannot be provided or where the attendee does not meet the minimum age requirement.
2. TICKETS
* All tickets are non-refundable, except where the event itself is cancelled by the organizer.
* Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and ticket category specified at the time of purchase.
* Ticket resale, unauthorized transfer, duplication, or commercial resale is strictly prohibited.
* The organizer reserves the right to invalidate tickets obtained through unauthorized resale or fraudulent means without compensation.
* Entry is subject to venue capacity and applicable security procedures.
* Once the venue reaches its permitted capacity, entry may be temporarily restricted for safety and regulatory reasons.
3. RE-ENTRY
Re-entry is permitted, subject to the following conditions:
* Attendees must retain their valid wristband/ticket and comply with security procedures upon returning.
* Re-entry is subject to venue capacity and security conditions.
* Removal of a wristband or damage to entry credentials may result in denial of re-entry.
4. SECURITY & ENTRY PROCEDURES
For the safety of all attendees, entry is subject to security clearance and narcotics screening conducted in coordination with local law enforcement agencies.
Attendees may be required to undergo:
* Bag inspection;
* Security screening;
* Narcotics checks;
* Identification verification; and
* Additional security procedures deemed necessary by the organizer, venue, or law enforcement authorities.
Refusal to comply with reasonable security procedures may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund.
5. PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are strictly prohibited:
* Weapons or objects that may be used as weapons;
* Illegal drugs or controlled substances;
* Alcohol;
* Professional cameras or professional recording equipment without prior authorization;
* Large bags, suitcases, or oversized luggage;
* Any item prohibited by the venue, organizer, or law enforcement authorities;
* Any item that may present a safety, security, or operational risk.
The organizer reserves the right to prohibit additional items where reasonably necessary for safety and security.
6. ZERO-TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY
The Red Rum operates a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal drugs and controlled substances.
Possession, use, distribution, sale, or attempted distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited.
Any attendee suspected of violating applicable law may be refused entry or removed from the event and may be referred to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.
7. ALCOHOL POLICY
Carrying and consumption of alcohol are prohibited at The Red Rum.
Attendees may not bring alcoholic beverages into the event premises.
8. SMOKING & VAPING
Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated smoking areas.
Smoking or vaping outside designated areas may result in removal from the area or the event.
9. RESPECT, HARASSMENT & VIOLENCE
The Red Rum is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
* Physical violence or threats of violence;
* Harassment, intimidation, or bullying;
* Sexual harassment or unwanted physical contact;
* Discriminatory or abusive conduct;
* Fighting or aggressive behavior;
* Damage to property;
* Disorderly or disruptive conduct; and
* Any conduct that threatens the safety or enjoyment of other attendees, artists, staff, or venue personnel.
The organizer and security personnel reserve the right to remove individuals engaging in prohibited conduct without refund.
10. GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL
An attendee may be refused entry or removed from the event, without refund, for reasons including but not limited to:
* Violation of this Event Policy;
* Violation of applicable law;
* Possession or use of prohibited substances or items;
* Failure to comply with security procedures;
* Fighting, violence, threats, harassment, or intimidation;
* Unauthorized ticket resale or fraudulent ticket use;
* Damage to venue or event property;
* Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior;
* Tampering with event equipment or production infrastructure;
* Unauthorized access to restricted areas;
* Interference with artists, staff, security, or event operations; or
* Any conduct reasonably considered by the organizer, venue, or security personnel to pose a safety or security risk.
11. MEDICAL & EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
Medical personnel and first-aid facilities will be available at the event.
Attendees requiring medical assistance are encouraged to immediately contact event staff, security, or medical personnel.
In an emergency, the organizer may take reasonable measures necessary to protect the health and safety of attendees.
12. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
By attending The Red Rum, you acknowledge that photography, video recording, and other forms of media capture may take place throughout the event.
The organizer, Sapphire Production, may use photographs and video footage containing attendees for legitimate promotional, advertising, social media, documentary, or future event-related purposes.
If you do not wish to be intentionally featured in promotional material, please notify event staff where reasonably possible.
13. ARTIST & PROGRAM CHANGES
The organizer reserves the right to modify the artist lineup, performance schedule, event programming, venue arrangements, or event timings where reasonably necessary.
Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
14. EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will be provided with information regarding the applicable refund or alternative arrangement.
If the event is postponed, tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled date, subject to the terms communicated by the organizer.
No refund will be provided for circumstances arising from an attendee’s personal inability to attend.
15. PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA
Personal information collected in connection with ticket purchases, entry, security procedures, or event administration may be processed by the organizer and relevant service providers for purposes including:
* Ticketing and event administration;
* Identity and age verification;
* Security and fraud prevention;
* Customer communication;
* Legal and regulatory compliance; and
* Event-related communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and reasonable data-protection practices.
16. LOST PROPERTY
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
The organizer and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any found property should be handed to event staff or security.
17. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL CONDUCT
Every attendee is responsible for their own conduct and for complying with applicable laws, venue rules, security instructions, and this Event Policy.
By entering the event, attendees agree to follow reasonable instructions issued by event staff, security personnel, venue management, and relevant authorities.
18. ACCEPTANCE OF EVENT POLICY
Purchase of a ticket and/or entry into The Red Rum constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Event Policy.
The organizer reserves the right to update or amend the Event Policy where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.
19. GOVERNING LAW
This Event Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
Any matters arising in connection with this Event Policy shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
